As an HR Business Partner, we expect you to support our leaders in unleashing their people potential and drive a high-performing organization based on your in-depth HR experience, HR Analytics and remarkable collaboration and engagement skills.

Mission

  • Be a trusted advisor and sparring partner for leaders in the areas of organizational development, building and maintaining high performing teams, ensuring remuneration fit to organization and compliance
  • Be a committed supporter of the strategic people’s agenda at Danske Bank by proactively following up on activities and deliverables, suggesting improvements and changes to meet business needs
  • Be a subject matter expert providing valuable input to HR development projects, initiatives and working groups to support business KPIs and challenges in collaboration with other HR departments (HR Services, Reward, HR Legal, Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Partners across other countries)
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of Group HR concepts within, e.g. People Engagement, Talent Development, Succession Planning and Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Be an experienced partner in supporting organization in continuous transformation, keeping people’s agenda in hands
  • Analyse people’s data and provide expert advice on employee engagement strategies or people initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness
  • Be a proactive member of Group HR development community

Skills

  • Proven experience working in HR Management, Business Partnering roles or equivalent
  • Experience as a process consultant and coach for leaders focusing on an increased quality of leadership
  • Good understanding of HR Metrics and Analytics and the ability to drive decisions and insights based on that
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a high personal integrity, a sense of responsibility, and focus on quality and delivery
  • The ability to identify root-causes, make data-informed decisions and challenge status quo
  • Strong understanding of the business context and a proven ability to communicate and relate HR processes and tools to the business, ensuring they support its strategy
  • Strong skills in change management and transformations
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with various levels stakeholders and colleagues across group
  • Great facilitator skills, understanding team dynamics and ability to create an environment that enables diverse thinking and encourages thoughtful debate
  • Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant - HR.
