We are looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen our ambitious team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work in a company providing the leading networking solutions in the world and support its finance management.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare performance and financial reports and budgets.
• Analyze financial data of the business unit
• Control costs by ensuring the expenditures are within set limits.
• Perform profitability assessment and cost control of RnD projects.
• Make initiatives and suggestions regarding finance management and take part in decision making.
• Support the preparation of stand alone and consolidated financial statements.
• Provide support in financial audits.
• Provide support for other departments to ensure financial alignment.
• Identify and manage potential financial risks.

What we expect of you:

• At least 2-3 or more years of experience in accounting, finance analysis and control or other similar economics fields.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, good English language skills (both spoken and written). 
• Skills and experience in interactions of internal stakeholders.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Being result oriented, proactive and willingness to grow.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 25 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~4200 Eur—5040 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
