KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a business partner for technical and production departments
- Prepare monthly results reporting
- Analyse business results and identify main causes of discrepancies
- Provide financial consulting, insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making
- Lead the annual and mid-term budgeting process for responsible areas
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools
REQUIREMENTS
- BA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Strong and successful experience in financial analysis or controlling
- Full English proficiency (written and oral)
- MS Office skills, SAP, Power BI knowledge and experience with databases would be considered as an advantage
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the outcomes and deliverables
- Proactively and comfortably taking initiative in the area that you see needs refinement
- Ability to stay focused and perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Analytical thinking with attention to details
- Reliable and thorough work style accompanied by top time management skills
