We are hiring in both Vilnius, Lithuania and Aarhus, Denmark.
Everyday Banking Corporate is a tribe of approximately 120 employees. The tribe is responsible for delivering customer journeys of the everyday banking solutions used by our corporate customers – from the sole trader to the institution. Our development is located across 3 countries – Denmark, Lithuania and India – with close collaboration across locations. In Everyday Banking Corporate, you will join a tribe with an employee focused culture that besides being professional also values being social.
As a Cluster Architect, you will play a key role in setting the strategic direction for our tribe’s solution architectures, ensuring alignment with both tribe, stakeholder and enterprise-wide objectives. You will be allocated to a group of logically connected squads forming your cluster and be collaborating closely with them and steering the solution architecture discussions and decisions.

Mission
- Co-create the architectural principles for solutions in the tribe, empowering our ability to meet our business goals with scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that adhere to best practices and enterprise standards
- Co-develop and maintain architectural documentation guidelines for the tribe to continuously improve architectural processes and principles
- Collaborate with squads in your cluster to provide expertise and guidance on architectural decisions and facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders and dependencies
- Mentor and support colleagues in architectural concepts and best practices
Skills
- At least 5 years of previous experience as a Software Engineer with a strong understanding of software development and architecture best practices (preferably a C#/.NET background)
- Current experience working as an architect
- Analytical and project management skills
- Ambitious but pragmatic, and able to set realistic and achievable goals
- A “can do” attitude with a problem-solving drive to find solutions
- Value collaboration and believe different perspectives enhance outcome
- Passionate about knowledge sharing and inspiring others to grow
- Upper-Intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be IT Software Architect, Senior.
