Darbo pobūdis:

Our client - "cargoGO" is an international cargo transportation company that prioritizes digital logistics, innovative technologies and a data-driven approach to improve efficiency and provide a service of world-class excellence to our customers. Responsibilities:

  • Administration of customer debts, ensuring a smooth debt management process;
  • Customer analysis and payment term control;
  • Insolvency assessment and identification of causes;
  • Optimization and improvement of debt reports;
  • Supervision and administration of Coface insurance;
  • Communication with debtors via phone and email;
  • Collaboration with other departments;
  • Reviewing and improving the debt management process;
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

    Reikalavimai:

    Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • A willingness to learn, improve, and optimize processes.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking, quick decision-making, and initiative.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to various situations.
  • Broad understanding of debt collection and administration.
  • Proficiency in English (additional foreign language skills are a plus).
  • Experience with Excel, Navision, AndSoft, Power BI (preferred).
