Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth and customer satisfaction? We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Customer Offering and Insight Unit within the Retail Banking Marketing Growth Department. We want to hear from you if you have a knack for interpreting data, great communication skills, and a proven track record of working with customer data!

What You Will Do:

• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources.
• Interpret data using statistical techniques and propose actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and plan analytical approaches that create maximum value.
• Build reports, dashboards, or other presentations to communicate analysis results effectively.
• Analyze and establish data/project requirements, validating data at different stages of development.
• Develop, implement, and maintain feedback loops to improve data extraction processes continuously.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to identify and address data and analytical needs.
• Take ownership of achieving individual objectives and contribute to team and organizational goals.

What We Expect:

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience working with customer data.
• Ability to understand and prioritize business needs in data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
