Mission
- Oversee and drive the end-to-end ownership of solutions, from conceptual design through to deployment and resolving production incidents
- Leverage your extensive experience to introduce innovative approaches, establish best practices, and mentor team members
- Lead the evolution of our technology stack and software development practices, aligning them with strategic goals
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for both yourself and the team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Maintain a strategic vision while also ensuring attention to detail in execution
Skills
- Extensive proficiency in Java and its supporting development tools
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and automating tests for cloud-native systems
- Proven track record of taking ownership and managing complex deliveries with a structured approach
- Expertise in establishing and refining engineering practices, as well as developing team competencies
- Strong experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, MQ, or similar
- Deep understanding of integration patterns and their strategic implications
- Positive attitude with a strong motivation to continuously learn and adapt
- Upper-intermediate English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5280 EUR to 7920 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
