We are looking for Chief Consultant to lead Technology developments implementation and support strategic linkage within the organization. No week will be equal to another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from the day one.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

Mission

• Lead and drive implementation initiatives/projects related to system changes and developments
• Build the understanding and transparency of the Technology landscape affecting LC&I Services
• Initiate and accelerate new technology implementation in LC&I Services (e.g. Gen AI; Chat GPT)
• Be responsible for Singe source of Truth (Jira), which is the central repository of all the change agenda items (set structure, develop and maintain the tool, ensure all the data is up to date)
• Support strategy implementation by understanding the landscape and initiating needed changes
• Actively engage in and lead additional initiatives for process or system enhancements when capacity permits

Skills

• Senior-level expertise, with a good background in LC&I Services domain
• Project Management knowledge, with interest in system implementations and leading strategic initiatives
• High coordination skills and proficiency in using Jira
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
• You are a real team player with positive, proactive mindset, motivation and collaboration skills
• You have good time planning skills and able to work in quickly changing atmosphere
• Advanced English skills both written and spoken

We offer:

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant – Development, Chief .
