Performance Management & Traction team is a part of Technology Innovation & Foundation unit (Tech), which works along with Danske Bank Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and leadership team heading the unit of approximately 1.400 colleagues.

Our team has three key pillars within its purpose:

• Working side by side with leadership on their strategic plans to ensure delivery, monitor progress, and act as a sparring partner
• Driving and contributing to a full management information and financial overview to enable informed decision-making
• Handling coordination and administrative tasks and support

As a Chief Business Manager, you will be working closely with Tribe leadership and act as their trusted partner in supporting sound and data-driven decision-making. You will have an overview of strategic goals, deadlines, and HR-related accountabilities with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the tribe and stakeholders outside of the tribe.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Manager to support and advise our tribe leadership teams on various business and management areas. The ideal candidate will work closely with tribe leadership to develop strategic plans, ensure their delivery, and monitor progress. This role requires a strategic thinker who can serve as a sparring partner and effectively liaise with various stakeholders to maintain alignment across departments.

Mission

• Collaborate with tribe leadership to develop and monitor strategic plans
• Deliver and enhance business performance management metrics to track ongoing progress in collaboration with local business units
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reviews of the development backlog
• Track and report on the progress of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Support the development of business cases specific to the domain
• Manage target capacity pipeline, tracking vacancies, head counts, and strategic workforce planning
• Oversee the tribe’s finances, including budget steering and cost recharging
• Manage external contractors, including contracts, extensions, and registration
• Coordinate with other units for reporting purposes
• Handle both internal and external communication
• Collaborate with Risk, HR, and Communication departments on yearly activities

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business management and/or consulting roles
• Proven experience in collaborating and supervising stakeholders of different seniority levels
• Proven experience with financial analysis and cost forecast and the ability to use both to drive value-creating decisions
• Solid IT skills within MS office
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
• Positive can-do and problem-solving attitude
• English proficiency level – upper-intermediate

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant - Business Support, Chief.
