Join the AML Review Tribe’s Validation Squad and help us improve our regulatory data foundation and enable automated case assessment and review. Our mission is to protect our customers, society, and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. As a member of the Validation Squad, you’ll be at the centre of the action, communicating with multiple stakeholders, aligning, and creating new validation rules for new and existing customer segments. Our Squad works as a hybrid team in Denmark, Lithuania, and Poland, and we’re used to working digitally.

In addition to being a part of the Validation Squad, you’ll also join the Business Analyst Chapter within the AML Review Tribe. Our Chapter Lead, who also serves as your HR manager, will support and mentor you to ensure your personal and professional growth. Mission

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers to implement solutions for automated validation in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) processes
• Analyze, challenge, and write business and technical requirements
• Ensure high solution quality through testing activities and incident management
• Support the Product Owner in driving various projects
• Actively participate in agile events and chapter knowledge sessions to continuously learn and grow

Skills

• You have experience in business and technical analysis, product development, and testing
• You take ownership of tasks and projects, showing initiative to address challenges
• You have the ability to analyze data to identify potential improvements and extract meaningful insights
• You possess excellent prioritization and communication skills
• You use a structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to business problem-solving
• You can work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and achieve common goals
• Experience working in an Agile context, with an understanding of Agile practices and tools, is beneficial but not required
• Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
