As a Business analyst, you will be a part of a team that supports medium and large corporate lending in all Danske Bank group. You will be responsible for creation of syndicated agent loans in Loan administration system and administration of them during their lifetime according to the information and requests received from Loan Agents or directly from customers.

In this role, you will keep close collaboration with stakeholders, customers and other banks. We expect you to be a decision-maker on a daily basis. Loan administration team deals not only with corporate loans, but with auxiliary products as well, which would allow you to expand your knowledge even further. In addition, you will have an opportunity to maintain process quality continuously looking for ways to improve and contribute in Lean culture.

Mission

  • Provide accurate and timely information, data and reports
  • Be responsible for providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Follow-up financial ratios based on companies’ statements
  • Review procedures on a regular basis
  • Be responsible for Danske bank committed lending internal lines commitments, collaterals, updating values, etc.
  • Drive improvements agenda through daily processes
  • Identify, flag, suggest and implement solutions for potential risks within E2E process
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and counterparties
  • Take major part in delivering organization’s strategy initiatives
  • Other tasks as requested by the leader of a team

Skills

  • 3-4 years of previous work experience in banking operations or a relevant area
  • Your collaboration skills are good, benefitting both the team and the organization as a whole
  • Have analytical mindset and thrive during busy times
  • Understanding customer needs and anticipating areas for improvement in customer experience comes naturally to you
  • Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and provide trainings for colleagues
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with large amounts of information characterize your approach
  • Ability to challenge the status quo as part of a natural part of the business
  • You take full ownership of processes and contribute to their optimization and improvement
  • Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
