As an Associate Markets Specialist in Income and Proxy Team, you will handle daily tasks and face various challenges that will help you grow both personally and professionally. You will be responsible for managing different corporate actions such as dividends, interest payments, repurchase agreements, and securities lending. Additionally, you will solve discrepancies, analyse unique cases, respond to inquiries, and address customers’ needs promptly.
You will have the opportunity to participate in various projects, challenge existing processes, and devise improvements. With the support of a professional and friendly team, you will quickly expand your knowledge and network. You are expected to collaborate with colleagues from other teams and departments, both locally and globally.

Mission
- Capture and process Corporate Actions, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Investigate discrepancies and one-of-a kind cases
- Handle customer inquiries, providing quick and clear responses
- Continuously look for ways to automate processes and improve customer service
- Participate in various projects when needed
- Manage the workflow according to established deadlines
- Collaborate with Global departments within Danske Bank
- Maintain and improve process quality
- Contribute to risk management
Skills
- Previous experience or knowledge in banking back-office (would be considered advantageous)
- Upper-Intermediate English skills
- Higher education (finance, economics, or a relevant field)
- Great Microsoft Office skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team
- Ability to work in a growing environment: to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods, when needed

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1560 EUR to 2340 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
