As an Associate Markets Specialist, you will play an important role in handling Foreign Exchange products and providing the best service to our esteemed clients—global banks and large corporates. The complexity of your tasks will depend on your progress and individual results. You will be responsible for various post-trade services, such as trade life-cycle management, settlement, investigations, and continuous process improvements. You will be working in a team of about 16 employees.

Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority in the role.

Mission

• Assure timely and accurate settlement of FX products (internationally)
• Communicate with different stakeholders within the bank as well as external parties globally, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely service delivery
• Investigate, analyse, solve arising problems, handle payments, bookkeeping, and confirmations of FX products
• Report to internal and external stakeholders (institutions)
• Maintain and improve the quality of daily tasks so that the client receives the best possible service
• Participate in various projects within the value chain

Skills

• Higher education
• Knowledge of various financial products
• Experience in banking operations
• Knowledge of swift payments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and high quality with limited instructions
• Interest in or experience in FX, money markets, finance, and economics
• Upper-intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1560 EUR to 2340 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery Specialist (Markets Specialist), Associate.
