VILNIUS REGION DATA NETWORK OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD (F/M/D)

As Vilnius region data networks operations team lead, you’ll play a key role in managing Vilnius region data network infrastructure operations. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 engineers, overseeing the maintenance, development and implementation of required computer networks infrastructure across Ignitis Group infrastructure.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
- Motivate and ensure continuous personal development of your team members
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and contractors in the implementation of computer networks infrastructure across various types of facilities
- Analyze and improve the development in the computer networks infrastructure area
- Allocate workload for your team members, ensuring quality of work
- Ensure that the team's day-to-day activities (troubleshooting, implementing services, developing non-standard technical solutions, etc.) are carried out in accordance with the agreed SLA
- Ensure safe work environment and required tools for the team
- Coordinate and distribute of actions during emergencies/incidents
- Provide advice and suggestions in the development of IT infrastructure strategy
We expect that You:
- Have at least 3 years experience managing IT infrastructure team
- Are familiar with computer networks infrastructure operations
- Have a higher education degree in the field of electrical engineering or IT
- Have good oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
- Have good collaboration and stakeholders’ management skills
- Have ability to formulate and strategically plan a budget
