JUNIOR PMO / DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the PMO Team of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping to develop and enforce project management processes. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing and maintaining the document management plan for the project and update it as required
- Ensuring project documents undergo a documented and approved review-and-approval process before storage
- Managing project documentation in assigned projects including document registration, distribution, and follow-up on related tasks
- Supporting Project Managers with project documentation-related activities
- Ensuring and maintaining the security, accessibility, and proper distribution of project documents
- Assisting the PMO Manager in drafting new and improving existing project management policies and processes, ensuring internal controls are in place and functional
- Implementing and improving the project management IT system, provide training on project management tools and processes, and support PMs with daily project management activities.
Required for this position:
- Higher education, preferably with an engineering degree
- Experience in managing project documentation, with a preference for experience in construction projects
- Previous experience in project management roles such as project manager, project engineer, or similar positions is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS SharePoint is required
- Familiarity with other document management systems is advantageous
- Understanding of construction-related processes is beneficial
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex projects within a multi-project environment, with strong time management, planning skills, and the capability to work independently.

Salary range for this position group is 2022 to 3033 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
