We are seeking a proactive Internal Controls and Business Continuity Manager to join our Group Business Resilience function. In this role, which reports directly to the Head of Group Business Resilience, you will lead a team of professionals, ensuring the design and implementation of robust internal control frameworks and business continuity strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in building resilience and safeguarding our operations against potential risks and disruptions.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by ensuring the functioning of Internal Controls and Business Continuity areas.
Internal Controls:
Design, implement, and continuously improve internal control framework and tools to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and best practices.
Perform risk assessments, identify control gaps, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational processes and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls, providing regular updates to senior management and Risk and Audit Committee.
Business Continuity Management (BCM):
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans (BCPs) across the organization.
Coordinate regular tests, simulations, and training to validate business continuity strategies and improve organizational preparedness.
Serve as a key advisor during incidents or disruptions, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal business impact.
Partner with risk management, IT, and other relevant teams to align continuity strategies with enterprise-wide risk management objectives.
Required for this position:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal controls, audit, business continuity, or risk management (3–5+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams.
- Familiarity with international standards such as COSO, ISO 22301, or similar frameworks ir a must.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Certification in risk management, internal audit, or business continuity (e.g., CBCI, COSO IS framework) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in tools for process mapping, risk assessment, or incident reporting.
- Excellent proficiency in both Lithuanian and English languages.

Salary range for this position group is 4904 to 7357 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
