We are looking for the colleague, who would join our team as Compliance Expert and help to ensure compliance with General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) on a Group level.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Developing internal policies, procedures, and processes in the field of GDPR
• Ensuring the implementation and control of the personal data protection process
• Participating in the development and implementation of compliance tools
• Advising on personal data protection issues
• Building a culture of personal data protection and performing personal data protection training

Required for this position:

• University degree (preferably - in the field of law)
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of personal data protection and knowledge of the GDPR
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Interest in IT systems and digitization
• Ability to independently organize activities, work in a team, and combine different interests
• Good working skills in MS Office basic applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• Work experience in a corporate organization
