COMPLIANCE EXPERT (GDPR COMPLIANCE AREA) (F/M/D)

We are looking for the colleague, who would join our team as Compliance Expert and help to ensure compliance with General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) on a Group level.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be to:
- Develop internal policies, procedures, and processes in the field of GDPR
- Ensure the implementation and control of the personal data protection process
- Participate in the development and implementation of compliance tools
- Advise on personal data protection issues
- Build a culture of personal data protection, perform personal data protection trainings
We expect that You:
- Have university degree (preferably - in the field of law)
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of personal data protection and knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Have strategic and analytical thinking
- Have interest in IT systems and digitization
- Have ability to independently organize activities, work in a team, combine different interests
- Have good working skills in MS Office basic applications
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
- Have working experience in the corporate organization would be an advantage

Pareigybių grupės pastovios atlyginimo dalies intervalas yra nuo 3812 iki 5718 EUR (neatskaičius mokesčių). Konkretus darbo užmokestis siūlomas atsižvelgiant į darbo patirtį ir kompetenciją. Prie darbo užmokesčio gali būti mokama kintamoji atlygio dalis.
