What You Will Do:

  • Act as responsible person for the end-to-end operational development, management and execution of the IT Operations and Design processes. Drive the processes to ensure process goals and performance targets are achieved.
  • Work with Process Owner to define and communicate the process rules, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
  • Define, improve, review process methodologies, tools, standards, process KPIs and templates.
  • Be part of central IT Operations team that ensures day-to-day enablement of stability and compliance, monitor and supervise the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Be one of on-call shift team members that coordinates significant IT Incidents to ensure enterprise IT stability and continuity, incident communication and ensuring stakeholder confidence.
  • During significant IT incidents act as an emergency decision authority for incident recovery decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with crisis management protocols.
  • Coordinate and prepare regular reports on IT operations performance, risk assessments, and compliance for senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team through leading by example.


What We Expect: 

  • Experience in IT service management, with a strong understanding of ITIL, or other service management frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and improving IT service management processes in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, and technologies is essential, including experience with cloud computing, networking, software development, cybersecurity, and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, an agile mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and technologies, such as service desk software, IT asset management systems, and monitoring tools.
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
