Our Transformation Centre of Excellence is part of the Strategy & Transformation area. We concentrate on implementing strategic projects, programs, and initiatives across various multiple Tribes, business domains, and customer segments. The team is primarily situated in Lithuania (Vilnius) and Denmark (Copenhagen).

As the Programme PMO, you will play an instrumental role in supporting major strategic projects and programmes, executed by Transformation Centre of Excellence as part of Forward 28 strategy. You will be able to shape and actively contribute to continuous improvement of project and programme management practices applied by the Bank, bringing in your expertise and best practices.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

Mission

• Maintain open and effective communication with programme/project stakeholders. Organize and facilitate programme meetings and workshops
• Create and maintain programme reports and metrics for stakeholders, and assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations
• Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage programme/project data and documentation
• Collaborate with programme/project teams to identify, document, and assess risks. Support development of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and report on the status of programme/project risks
• Continuously evaluate and improve programme/project management processes and practices. Suggest and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in the development and maintenance of programme/project management methodologies, tools, and templates
• Provide training and support to Transformation Centre of Excellence team members on project management tools and processes

Skills

• A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in project management, including supporting project delivery
• Very good practical understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools
• Proven ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, build relationships and facilitate a common direction
• Structured approach and attention to details
• Ability to take ownership and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries without extensive supervision
• Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Project Manager, Senior.
