Are you a structured planner who thrives on running and developing the people area together with employees, senior leaders, and other professionals across the organization? Then come join us!

You will be joining our Planning team, where we currently have six highly skilled professionals. Our team is part of Business Management & Transformation (BM&T) within the Technology & Services Personal & Business Customer unit (T&S P&BC).

The purpose of our team consists of three key pillars:

  • Enable the leadership team by supporting, coordinating, and driving the P&BC COO agenda to empower T&S P&BC Leaders while connecting it to our strategic contexts in Danske Bank
  • Support organizational transformation within our people and culture agenda, development plans, and communication together with leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Leverage synergies and enhance cooperation within BM&T and the rest of the value chain by facilitating and challenging towards holistic progress. We also collaborate and step in to support, when relevant

Mission

You will support the P&BC COO area in maintaining a continuous holistic approach towards our people and culture agenda while working on our daily tasks and relevant initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the hiring approval process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leaders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Group Human Resources, People Partners. This could e.g. be related to organizational changes, conducting people activities. You will also facilitate and drive internal dialogues on People & Culture development within our organization
  • Assist in cultivating a positive work culture and supporting employee engagement initiatives alongside various stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) leads across the group to foster our D&I agenda

Skills

We are looking for a people & culture professional, with a particular interest in supporting hands-on while managing projects and developing the people agenda together with colleagues on all levels of the organisation. We hope that you are:

  • Purpose-oriented and excited about unleashing potential through the tasks you do and the relations you build
  • Able to involve the leaders you work with to understand and challenge their people plans and choices and follow through on deliveries and agreements
  • Have strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with broader organisational strategy
  • Structured and have great planning abilities from a waterfall as well as from an agile perspective
  • Have a relevant degree and background, e.g. from a people & culture team, a planning unit, HR related position or maybe as a People Business Partner
  • Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
